What you should know about Hydrolic Jack

A hydrolic cylinder is a cylindrical tube separated at equal volume by a piston which allows a mechanical movement. It operates according to a linear movement which transports the force under the pressure of compressed oil (350 Bar maximum) inside. In contrast, a pneumatic cylinder operates by means of air displacement (8-10 Bar). The hydrolic cylinder is used for cars (e.g. boot opening), agricultural and public works machinery, or in the marine field. There are several types of jacks for different movements: - the single-acting cylinder that performs a single movement.
