What you should know about IV stand

An IV stand is a medical tool allowing the patient to hang his infusion bags and a pump on it. This allows the patient to move around with his infusions without difficulty. Some models are telescopic, which allows the height of the foot to be adjusted according to the size of the patient, whether a child or an adult.

They are also equipped with several hooks, usually four. It is therefore possible to move around with several infusion bags. The number of wheels varies from one model to another; models with a large number of wheels provide optimal stability for the patient when moving around.
