What you should know about Carpet stripper
The carpet bar turner is an electric machine, with wheels at the rear and one or more razor blades at the front, fitted with a handle. It can be handled like a lawnmower. This machine can be connected to the mains, and can be used to remove carpets glued to all types of floors, whether they are made of wood, concrete or cement. Its sharp blades slide under the carpet for a total and simplified removal of the floor covering. Mechanical removal with a carpet stripper is easy to carry out and is done in a few steps:- pre-cut the carpet to be removed with a cutter into strips the width of the blades of the stripper;
- Lift a piece of carpet, slide the blades of the stripper underneath: push the machine with progressive back and forth movements, while another person pulls on the flap to make it easier to pull it off.
